Looks like costume jewelry : 1.00ct TDW Diamond Hugs and Kisses Necklace in Sterling Silver 18"
The diamonds were teeny tiny and hard to see, and they are VERY cloudy. Like as if they had a film over them. The necklace as a whole is very pretty to look at, and complimented my outfit nicely. I had received this from a wish list and I do like it, I just don't LOVE it. The quality should be better for the price. I like how it came with the pretty sapphire blue case and cert. of authenticity, that was a nice touch. But, I think the diamonds could be better quality.
